Hotel Sůva, Benecko
Horský hotel pro rodiny s dětmi i firmy Krkonoše a okolí
Benecko is a village in the Krkonoše area which is situated in the Jilemnice district, in the northeastern part of the Semily district. And there in this village the Sůva hotel is to be found (Mountain accommodation Benecko). The hotel offers nice accommodation in the mountains in a virgin nature of Krkonoše, however, it provides very good background for family stays (Family stays Benecko), stays for seniors (Stays for seniors Benecko) and, last but not least, it is an ideal place for trainings, social gatherings, seminars, lectures, wedding receptions, weddings, company gatherings and teambuildings in Krkonoše. The advantageous location of the pension in the heart of a stunning landscape full of sights makes the place an attraction for tourists. The recreational self-realization is rich there in summer and winter and you can find lots of free time activities directly in the premises of the pension (Outdoor activities Krkonoše) – Active holidays Benecko.
The bed capacity of the object is 40. The hotel offers accommodation in double rooms to six-bed-rooms and rooms with possible extra beds. All rooms are equipped with their own sanitary facilities and a SAT TV. A restaurant with a traditional Krkonoše cuisine is available to all guests (Hotel with its own kitchen Benecko) – Full boarding Benecko. There is a non-smoking restaurant with the caacity of up to 50 seats in a cosy interior with a bar and a winebar. There is also a children´s corner in the restaurant (Accommodation for families with small children Benecko). A separate saloon is also available to guests with the capacity of 51 seats and it is an ideal place for: company gatherings, corporate celebrations, birthday celebrations, reunions, funeral receptions, business meetings, weddings and wedding receptions, banquets, hedge schools, seminars, trainings and lectures in the Benecko area. Except from the children´s corner, there are a children´s playground, too, and board games.
A car park is directly by the hotel. The hotel further arranges a bike rental and it provides discount on skiing equipment in its ski rental. Cyclo routes and routes for hikers are all around the hotel (Holidays for bikers and tourists Benecko). A ski tow is prepared for skiers, which is situated only about 100 metres from the hotel (a children´s ski tow is about 50 metres far) – Accommodation for downhill skiers Krkonoše and their surrounding. Cross-country skiers can use adapted routes which are only about 500 metres far from the hotel (Holidays for cross-country skiers Benecko and its surrounding). The hotel is ideal for walks with prams as its location is in flat tourist roads and routes and the views of the surrounded Krkonoše nature are wonderful.
The zoo in Liberec is the oldest zoo in the former area of Czechoslovakia. It was founded in 1919 and presently it can be proud cca 170 animal species of the total number of nearly 1.000 specimen. Except for the wide exposition in particular specific pavilions (the pavilions of giraffes, elephants, beasts, monkeys or trops) we ensure tutorials for schools, and you can also find here the wide offer of ecological educational programms. In the lower part of the zoo you can get on a small train, the favourite department is also the contact zoo where the visitors can even pet or feed some animals.
