Thanks to its position above the village Svratka in the heart of the highlands, which is one of the ecologically cleanest areas in the Czech Republic, the Hotel Svratka offers accommodation on a sunny southern slope in the protected landscape area Žďárské vrchy. The 200-year-old house was rebuilt in 2001 with a big care into a pension with a stylish restaurant, the dominating feature of which is a fireplace standing in the middle. Nice environment serves as a place for business presentation or schooling events, but also as a place where it is possible to spend very nice romantic night with burning candles and the view of the Lipno lake. In the restaurant it is possible to arrange weddings, celebrations, banquets, seminars and other similar events. At the object there is a large terrace which offers a beautiful view of the Lipno lake and the skyline of the Šumava mountains. For accommodated guests there is reserved a safe car park behind the building.

Hotel Bohemia is situated on the very foot of the mountain Špičák near the town Železná Ruda. Right at the object there is a platform of a 4-seat cable of a famous ski areal with plenty of downhills of various difficulty and the possibility of night skiing.
